In the 19th century many artists came to Jamaica and produced wonderful drawings and paintings of the people and the landscape. I hope to use these pages to show such work, especially of lesser known artists.

Foreign artists continued to come to Jamaica in the 20th century, but, as the century went on, more and more Jamaican artists contributed their vision.
